The bouquet shows aromas of currants and appears very soft due to its richness of fruit.
The Spätburgunder J.J. Adeneuer is a cuvée which is created exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, which are however taken from different sites. This is why this wine is is not allowed to have a name that refers to a single site. As "compensation", it was named J.J. Adeneuer.
The tannins in the background are noticeable and make this cuvée a perfect match for light meat or pasta dishes. It reaches its ideal maturity within 2-3 years and is therefore able to be stored 5-6 years.
